Applying the New Discount on Disney Hotels for Annual Passholders

New discounts have dropped for annual passholders and Florida residents for Disney hotels. On most nights 7/8-10/3 you can save up to 35% for annual passholders and up to 30% for Florida residents on select Disney hotels.

Here is the list of hotels with the corresponding discounts.

Good time to do a price check on some hotels. All of these are just standard rooms.

The first set of dates I want to check is the first weekend that this offer is available. Friday-Monday 7/12-7/15. The Wilderness Lodge has a standard price of $507 per night during these dates but with the annual pass discount, it is $329.55.

Coronado Springs has the distinction of being the cheapest moderate hotel for these dates with an annual pass discount for a total price of $206.03 per night. That type of price point for a moderate at Disney isn’t found often.

The Contemporary, one of the best locations at Disney World is being offered for $367.90 per night that weekend.

The next set of dates is 8/30-9/2 the last weekend of August, some schools are not yet in session so we will see the pricing for hotels.

A night at the All-Star Sports will run you $138.75 a night, typically I have seen them hover close to $200.

The Grand Floridian is available for $674 instead of $1,038 per night. This hotel is almost always not available or the most expensive. Riviera is getting pretty close to this amount of hype too.

A random week during this discount while kids should be in school.

All-Star Sports almost breaks the barrier of $100 a night. $103.88 is the average night price during this week.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is $289.90.

Riviera is $448.50.

Boardwalk is $379.60.

Grand Floridian finally gets under $500 a night with the discounted rate of $477.10.

The following weekend the discounts start showing more, the kids should be back in school and the price points for some of these hotels are actually decently priced within the area, not only Disney World.

All-Star Music and Sports are $126.75 a night. I stayed at a Motel Six, unwillingly, but it was an emergency for $115 a night. Interstate motels gouge like crazy.

Wilderness Lodge once again has a great price point for a Deluxe hotel at Disney. Just a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom. The price with the discount is $335.18.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is $311.13 a night over this weekend and comes close to a deluxe hitting the $ 200s.

One deluxe was able to reach that distinction. Saratoga Springs is being offered for $291.20 a night over this weekend.

                                                9/27-9/29

The last weekend this offer is valid for, kids are in school, crowds should be very low. Not nearly as low as the weekends right near school and the prices reflect that.

Animal Kingdom Lodge is being offered for $621 a night with the standard price which is $403.65 with the discount.

French Quarter is $238.70 with the regular price being $341.

Polynesian is one of the rates with the 10% discount with it being offered $778 without the discount and $700.20 with the discount.

Grand Floridian is sold out.
